A Taoist way to balance emotional energy using sound, colour and Qi Gong movement.

Body-Mind Qi Gong combines several elements in order to reinstate or maintain balance in our Emotional Energy network. It helps to bring us back to ourselves after all the stress & tensions of our day-to-day lives.

You will learn which emotions align with which organs and how those organs express themselves when in balance and out of balance, according to the Law of the Five Elements. This is a perfect way of keeping yourself in tune with your own emotional centre.

It is a relatively simple process combining sound, colour, visualisation and affirmation with Qi Gong.

We will also continue to practise either Ba Duan Jin [Longevity Qi gong] or Xiang Xin Qi Gong [Fragrant Heart Qi Gong].

This is a 5 Week course beginning: Wednesday 19th July 6.30-7.30 pm
or Friday 21st July, 10–11.00 am
Cost: $70

FACILITATOR: SALLY YASUKAWA, MSCD, has been involved in the practice & teaching of Qi Gong for over 30 years.
Sally is also a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
